NEGLIGENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. We are renting a flat in the area but wouldn't use Marsh and Parsons as a landlord either. A simple drain blockage repeatedly reported by us and repeatedly ignored by the manager resulted with flooding of the flat with stinky sewage water, unnecessary costs for the landlady and damage of our belongings. Marsh and Parsons didn't even want to send us a cleaner to help us disinfect the floors. Avoid unless you have no other options.

The fees are very high, but as soon as the contract is signed they don't do much when emergency happens. There are gas, alarm and security checks, but when water floods the flat nobody cares. This is unacceptable.

Dear Victoria,
I am really sorry to read your feedback. As we've previously informed you (and your parents), we were not made aware of these works by the landlord or the block management company (that manage the communal parts/building exterior) about the scaffolding. Unfortunately, we have absolutely no control over their actions or when these works are carried out and if we had been notified, we would absolutely have informed you, as it's not in our interest to have unhappy tenants.
