Generally very quick to sort out the many problems we had with the flat. At the end of the tenancy they had workmen in who messed up the flat then charged us for cleaning up their mess! They also charged us for re-cleaning an oven which was miles cleaner than when we moved in!

I tried to view a property, but they put me off and off and off, and in the end the property was gone without me having the chance to view it.
They were unhonest und not at all customer friendly....

You are telling me. Goodness knows how many people they have upset with their behaviour along the way. I wouldn't use them either. Fortunately plenty more fish in the sea down Commercial Way including other independents who hopefully would value your business more, particularly in these difficult times. ...
