STAY AWAY!!!!
Flat was a state moving in then tried to charge me to clean it.
Only one light switch worked and took Paul two months to get someone to fix it.
Took six months to get deposit back
Swears at you on the phone, calls you a fraud and ignores you for months when trying to get deposit back
Promises that improvements will be carried out and then pretends he never promised them
Released my deposit and wouldn't give me my DPS details... when he did he unrealised the deposit.
Charged me £70 to reference me and didn't carry out or even ask for references
Not a pleasant man, stay away at all costs!
