I would like the general public to realise that this must be the worst agent locally.
After having home reports on a few properties I was told they would not be willing to market at that price.
What Is the point of a home report that has been made within the last 2 weeks?
Honestly, You will waste your time with these agents they are by far the worst In the town. I actually delt with the owner who was very rude and insisted his marketing prices. They will act for both and not be mutaual In the sale I.e recommend the buyer to go In lower and the seller to sell lower
Please dont waste your time with this company.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Have a positive marketing approach and not be negative In a difficult market place by Insisting to enter the market at 10K lower than the home report when the property was purchased at 15K above the home report at the peak of the climate. It has had improvements and the home report represented a fair and accurate market value.
