I was very surprised to find that Mayhews would also market my flat as it was part of the Help to Buy scheme. (Having initially been tied to selling through Moat housing for two months) Mayhews marketed and sold my flat within a week of taking on the listing!! (In fact it was the very first viewing!!)
Tom had previously already valued my flat when i had initially decided to move and was very understanding that I was initially tied to moat.
Two days before my two month deadline, Tom returned and took photographs that properly showed off the flat and had draft details back to me within the same day.
Mayhews then booked viewing upon viewing, putting my property forward to their list of potential buyers and had sold the flat within the first day of bookings!!
(In fact they had a number of parties interested in my flat and could have sold it several times over!)
The team at mayhews then worked hard in keeping the solicitors talking and also keeping me updated with all the progress - i am very happy that they earned their money, despite the easy sale!!
Can't recommend them strongly enough and won't hesitate to use them again ourselves!
