- Rent paid on time every time
- Repairs appear to be conducted by good quality people

- Very poor lead times to bring in new tenants
- Conduct non-emergency repairs without prior notification
- Emails written so poorly they are incomprehensible

I hope my tenant gets a better experience than I do.
