Overall I am pleased with the service I have received from Dawn and Jav. Contact has been more regular recently. From my own perspective I feel I was informed the property would be let very quickly as demand was high, in fact to date it has been 4 months without being let so I would ask that more realistic expectations get set from the start. That said, I have been kept informed throughout the process. There has been some repetition of signatures/requests (eg for electrical tests) and I would have expected that the property would have been inspected to ensure it met standards when it was taken on rather than a few days before tenants were due to move in. This would have given more time to make the necessary changes.
