Best estate agents I've every dealt with. Very helpful and could not fault them.
Only very minor issue (that doesn't detract from how good they were overall) was that the home we rented had a heat pump and they were unable to provide any information about it. However, they put us in touch with the owners so everything worked out OK.

Expensive tenant fees...but who doesn't, and the fees were very clear, open and transparent- no hidden fees.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
