This is the second time I have used Bradleys, Sidmouth for a tenant find service and, once again, I really cannot fault the professional service provided by this branch. I mainly dealt with Stephen French who was, without exception, extremely helpful, calm, courteous and prompt to respond to phone calls. As refurbishment of the property was necessary prior to letting, I also valued his advice and encouragement; the fact he called in to the house part way through to see how things were progressing was appreciated. Although I had less to do with Julie Malec, I would still like to commend her for her helpful advice when visiting with prospective tenants and also, once again, for her reliable promptness when returning my calls.
