Utterly appalling from the start. No hot water for 10 days, the keys barely opened the doors even with their \'trained\' staff, took 3 weeks of chasing to get a door both me and my partner could open. The balcony was coming off the walls and this took 6 weeks to fix. All requests to repair needed several calls to chase. Completely rude, they missed appointments and called stating the rent hadn\'t been paid when it had, no apologies were ever given. The dvd inventory costed £40 but took 5 months of chasing to get, completely meaningless! When I finally thought I was done with them at the final inspection I was told it was \'beautifully cleaned\' and I should expect the full deposit that day/early the next day. I call to confirm 4 days later as I had no money or communication to be told to expect it directly in my account within hours. A week later I am told there are £300 plus of damages that the landlord spotted which includes basic wear and tear and replacing a light bulb! I would thoroughly not recommend them to anyone. Other agents speak of their incompetence and high fees.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Care for the tenant, check things work before they rent properties and actually do what they say first time round. The handling of the dvd inventories and deposits needs vast improvement. Oh and attend all viewings rather than blaming you for them not being in their diary or leaving you in the rain outside a building for an hour!
