We so appreciate all the help given to us to both buy and then sell our maisonette with Helmores. George us through the purchase and started the sale process with professionalism and humor. We felt we were in good hands with George. Loren's help was stellar in the sale of the property, which was, through no fault of Helmores, or the buyer, at times difficult and took longer than expected. Loren kept up apprised at every step of the way and went the extra mile to make it happen. We would go to Helmores for estate agent needs every time. Thank you to both George and Loren and the entire Hemore's team.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
