After being a tenant with Ludlow Thompson for over 4 years, i can honestly say it\'s the worst company i have ever dealt with and i\'ve been a tenant with many different estate agencies over the years.
The staff are rude and the communication is utterly appalling, no one seems to know what is going on between members of staff, branches and tenants.
Our property has been falling apart year by year but still the rent goes up and up at an alarming rate and when we asked for the property to be worked on, year by year it gets forgotten about and nothing ever ends up being repaired.
They are also trying to make money out of us by saying we have rent arrears to pay from a previous tenant even though we have proof of this payment being paid in double so not only did they take the arrears but double the amount
i would warn ANYONE off using this company it truly is a terrible service

couldnt agree with you more kay-absolute shower! we've complained about all sorts of things and they just fob us off or dont return calls. My landlord is sick to the back teeth too but is stuck with them. Fortunately new legislation will see them close soon with a bit of luck
