If I could give a rating of zero or even minus 1 I'd be happier - giving them one star is like awarding the Third Reich Investor In People status

The actual 'best route' is to organise the site, arrange a committee and understand the only route is to an L.V.T. - this exercise is hugely time consuming (taken our site 1 year already) but will result in an enforcable decision on the past / current/ future rates charged and will enable you to sleep at night and indeed increase your property value as a result ??

Our court case is heard early December and it might be wise to keep an eye on the press - you would think Solitaire would understand that large sites would have a mixed homeowner base including solicitors, police officers, council staff etc ??? Think they do now !!!
LVT long term but the only solution

Hello 'Frustrated'.
Sorry but contacting ARMA is a wast of time. The best thing to do is post your complaints on the website 'the truth about solitaire and peverel' This site has really put to wind up Solitaire.
