Unfortunately I let my property through Madison Brook...
- communication poor or non existent
- inventory was useless - ended up having to do it myself
- refused to pay me the rent my tenant already paid them. It was 5 weeks over due by the time I got it and they only paid because I parked myself in their reception and refused to leave without my money
- this months rent (which has also been paid to them by my tenant) is now 10 days overdue and they are refusing to respond to me
- my complaint has been with the Director Tiran Bharj for 2 months - he has not had the decency to contact me
What agent could do to change your mind?
Could have been honest, been competent, returned emails and phone calls, avoid unlawfully holding back their client\'s money, had the decency to respond to a formal complaint (2 months and counting)
