I leased a property from Martin & Co in Aberdeen and I was far from impressed.
When I took up lease I found out the flat had not been cleaned properly and the kitchen was filthy with food deposits and grease everywhere. The washing machine didn\'t work, nobody knew how heating worked either, shower broken etc etc. I repeatedly emailed them, which were all ignored. Phone calls not much better. If they learned to communicate things would be much better.
What agent could do to change your mind?
