Guys, please, check on everything those guys say twice!!!
When we finally moved in the property we bought from them, we found:
Dirty baking dish in dirty oven, broken and badly glued toilet seat, not functioning sliding door, not functioning dishwasher, red wine fresh stains on allegedly cleaned carpet, a big cat pee stain on the same allegedly cleaned carpet, a few dirty shelves in the fridge, debris and dirt in the storage drawers, dirty shower and bath, not functioning shower thermostat, dirty walls with stains... etc.
It appears that somebody was living in the flat after the inspection and after the legitimate tenant left.
Plus, we were told that the property is still under the builders warranty that turned out not to be the case, etc.etc.etc.

Foxtons were reported to trading standards In 2000/2010 I think for having it in their contract that they can change the energy supplier without notifying you (because you sign the agreement). This is usually because they get a commission kick back from the provider. I would speak to trading standards about this, they may be able to help ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have been more open with their charges and prompt with their replies to our queries after charging us such an exorbitant amount as fees. They should have never lied to our landlord and do what an agency should do - help their customers.
