As a landlord I have found Countrywide completely incompetent. They don't do anything for you and you have to chase them all the time. They only give you quotes from the most expensive contractors (assumption here is that they get a cut also as the prices are ridiculous). AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK fees but pointless paying them when you get nothing in return.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Consider providing a good service instead of raking in as much money as possible. Organise branches to deal with issues instead of head office. Have one reliable contact name and number to resolve issues.Attached Filesnbsp;
