Being slightly wary of estate agents, we were pleasantly surprised from the off by Goldin Lemcke's straight talking, no bluster approach. We were given a realistic valuation and a simple promise that they would sell our property quickly. Over the course of the sale, we had plenty of viewings, regular contact with the agents and although it wasn't all plain sailing there was always someone on the other end of the phone to chat to when needed. Ebba in particular was brilliant throughout our sale – she kept in regular contact, was good at ‘getting stuff done' and most importantly helped to keep it all together towards the end when it needed that extra push. We felt she was on our side and willing to do what she could to get things moving which meant a lot to us. All in all, I would recommend Goldin Lemcke as an agent. We'd heard good things about them before we decided to use them for our sale and we weren't disappointed.
