Very unprofessional company , deal with them at your peril. I am due to collect the keys on Friday 30th June (3days time) and I have just received a phone call saying that the owners of the property have changed their mind. No apologies no reasons no care whatsoever. They have nearly £4000 of my money which I am now told I will have to wait until a director authorises my refund. What a complete shower. Avoid at all cost.

Appalling letting agents. A staff member broke an item in her final inspection at the end of a tenancy, admitted this and then mislead the deposit dispute service and tried to get the tenant to pay £180 for the damage caused. They also Facebook stalk tenants and are generally incompetent and happy to support immoral, grasping and useless landlords. Do not trust this company as a tenant.
