Agent failed to respond to concerns I had as a landlord regarding management problems and late rent (which had been recieved by the tenant and GP were holding but had not forwarded on to me as the landlord). Rude and disinterested. Inaccurate rental statements recieved (when they did send them). No clear complaint procedure in place, had to deal with at least 7 different people at GP. Dreadful agents.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Responded to my emails and return my phone calls. Send \'rent arrear\' letters to my tenants when they were late paying their rent (every month). Carry out management inspections as promised. Act in a profesional manner and abide by their Terms of Buisness.
