Agree fully with above comment. I had exact same happen to me and lost months of rent! On top of this one tennant left the house in a complete state, obviously agent does not bother to check the upkeep and I ended up forking out to have it cleared/new carpets and my furniture disposed of as it was completely destroyed!

Bad not sure what I am paying the fee for as once tenant is in it's not managed effectively.
