My partner and I had the best experience with Helmores. All of the staff are really helpful and efficient but Mike in particular went above and beyond for us. We are so pleased with the outcome. Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
