I was renting a flat through Japan Services for 1 year. They were also responsible for the property management. It has been the best property management service that I have collaborated since I have started renting flats. The check in and check out process run smoothly, all the issues were addressed within 24-48 hours, including a change of microwave oven and a full reinstallation of a new boiler. They were always very responsive to my emails, reasonable and supportive. I definitely recommend them
Comment on agent fees
Very reasonable, far lower than more famous agenicies, (Townends, Dexters). They actually voided the admin fees to me, which is something that no other agency has offerred me before.

I personally think this estate agency is a joke, would never sell or buy a property through then. They have agreeseive sales department with one person in particular, who is a bully and does not listen to me who is the client. Please stay away from this agency.
