Terrible service. Firstly was shocked by the extortionate fees they charge at the beginning of tenancy, unfortunately went in blind and naive and didn\'t realize this was not normal but was in fact extremely unreasonable. Several problems were noted on the first inspection of the property, which 9 months on are still not resolved. We noted an electrical flaw at the beginning of the tenancy, this took a near fire for them to remove the electric item that was at fault, and over 4 months on top for them to replace. When liaising with staff we\'ve been met with nothing but patronizing and rude comments and in inspections they fail to mention obvious faults with the fixings which they are under contract to fix yet have STILL not bothered doing. Have made numerous phone calls and letters about the faults yet they do not wish to perform the maintenance that is laid out in our contract. Do not even want to imagine the fees they will try and charge us when we move out for things they are aware of but have not fixed. Will be glad to see the back of them!
It\'s a shame as we love the house and the house is reasonably priced for the size but just cannot cope with everything falling apart and a complete inability on CGT\'s part to fix anything.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Fixed the faults laid out in the contract. Staff being trained in good, acceptable customer service!!
