Estate agency is a much-maligned industry, often justified, with lots of rogue companies out there. Therefore, I feel obliged to pay due respect to one of, if not the best, agency firms I have ever dealt with.

I feel qualified to sing their praises, having been an agent for many years. Sue Johns is quite simply a credit to her profession. In what was an incredibly complicated property sale, and set of personal circumstances, she refused to give up when I'm sure many others would have thrown the towel in. It took almost two years from start to finish, with multiple buyers and various mortgage lenders along the way, but Sue's tenacity shone through. By her own admission, she was not going to rest until we got this over the line. I was as every bit as pleased for her, when we eventually exchanged contracts.

Out of hour's calls, extra-curricular site meetings and the arranging of countless contractor visits were the norm. And every disappointment along the way was dealt with a calm reassurance.

Kevin and Charlotte also pitched in, in a similarly efficient manner. The entire team deserve great praise.
