This was the easiest house purchase we have ever made and that was due partly to the fantastic service that we received from James and the rest of the team at Helmores. Nothing was ever too much trouble and all of our queries were answered promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend Helmores to anyone purchasing a property. We weren't sure if we would be able to get a mortgage, due to being self-employed, but James helped us through the whole process and even recommended a brilliant mortgage adviser, who got us a very good deal. The whole process has been so easy and stress free. Thank you all!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
