I can't recommend Rob and his team highly enough, nothing was too much trouble and the whole process went seamlessly. I've used many estate agents in my time but can't fault Helmores. We now have our perfect village home and will definitely use Helmores when the need arises. Top marks!!

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
