Goldin Lemke have sold 2 properties for me this year and aided in the sale of a third. Simon has a fantastic team, vertically integrated so the whole office has excellent client and inventory knowledge. Simon Goldin has over 20 years experience in Brighton and Hove and gives immediate objective advice on marketing and price. So much so that he sold 2 properties at the exact estimate. Great job by a first class agency.
