We have multiple rental properties and have been working with County Property Management for about 6 years.
The lettings department is excellent. They work hard to secure appropriate tenants in a timely fashion and offer valuable advice. At the beginning of "the credit crunch" the market was flat. We had several properties coming on the market at once and they knew it might be tough to get them all let, but they were open and honest and helped us make some important decisions quickly avoiding costly down times. An alternate company had received a large corporate contract so we moved 3 properties into that for about a year but then returned all of them to County Property. The great thing about that time was we got a chance to really experience alternative companies.
Where County Property really excels in with property management. Being local, they take a proactive, hands on approach. Contrasting this with most of the property agents where the property management is centralised and where property managmement is more of a paper pushing excercise, County Property wins hands down. County Property regularly inspects the properies and send us reports and advice.
I feel that with County Property we have a real team of people who put every effort into making our rental properties a success. We are very happy with County Property and have no intentions of moving.
