Both Andy White and Katie Collins have been wonderful to work with. Andy made choosing the right mortgage a breeze as we could ask direct questions that we would receive simple and quick answers to that gave us the confidence to make decisions in our meetings. Whenever there was work to be followed up Andy did this quickly and efficiently. Katie made the whole communications process very easy and simple. She would answer any questions usually within the business day and if any action was needed she would be right on it. This gave me the ability to relax as I didn't feel that I needed to check up on what was happening. Katie would always give a heads up if there was something that needed to be done beforehand so that I could think in advance about the outcomes. She would also push 3rd parties such as the solicitors if something needed checking as I wasn't always sure who was responsible so for us this was invaluable. The fee for Andy and Katies services was of incredible value to us as first time property buyers, I was expecting hidden fees or complications (my cynical side) but there was none, Andy stated the fees in our meeting and that was what we paid regardless of the fact that the process for us took a little longer (a re evaluation and a title deeds complication due to the nature of the building) and no doubt they both worked harder than they may have needed to for another transaction. I would recommend them both.

Hello Jo-Anne I was very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our service, bearing in mind that we managed to get you a mortgage which suited all of your requirements. Unfortunately, when applying for a remortgage, we can only ever estimate the amount of money you will need to clear or "redeem" the existing mortgage, as the balance on your account changes every day. Therefore we can never provide exact costs until the Solicitor obtains your closing (redemption) balance. Nevertheles ...
