We were given false information and can now not afford the money to eat. Unexpected costs upon picking up the keys and being told furniture would stay when it didn't. Rude and untrustworthy.

Deposit was fine, inventory check was unacceptable as the landlord does the inventory and the agent doesnt do anything. The worst thing is the ‚£114 to resign every year, for them to do jack s**t.
