Do not what ever you do get involved with this agent. They give all other agents a terrible name. Not only are their descriptions of properties extremely misleading, to the point of making a run down hovel sound like a palace but they will squeeze every penny out of you, adding extra costs to their bills, for miscellaneous items. This includes fees for taking photos of your property, their time taken to answer your phone calls or answering your queries, they will charge you for any postal communications that you recieve. All these costs are hidden and will not come to light untill you either complete your transaction with them or cancel your sale, after the agreed period.

My name is Damien Cooke and I am the owner of Cooke & Co Estate agents and letting Agents established in 1992. We have 3 offices in Thenet Kent. I mist point out that this is a fake review by another agent or such like. We are members of the National Asssociation of Estate Agents Ombudsman for lettings and sales and the National Approved letting scheme. All of our descriptions are accurate and we do not charge extra fees at all.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
