We have moved into this property in the last days of February. Only then we got to find that there is a water pressure problem in the shower upstairs. We saw bad showers in the past, but this was an exception - believe me.
First of all, we haven\'t been informed about it prior to moving. And after telling them we were told to lower our expectations. Unbelievable.

I insisted for a problem to be solved, then we got Ms. Claire the letting agent to come as a pluming expert. She looked at our ridiculous dribbling shower and tried to convince us that there is no problem and its NORMAL. This was whole 2 weeks after we already moved in. After multiple requests insisting for a plumber to visit us we got him 30 of MARCH. That is another two weeks of waiting. When he showed up it was clear that he came just to come and leave. It was very clear that nothing is going to change. After a while I decided to buy a new shower hose and guess what? it is much better now - the only reason we are still here. Can\'t even be bothered telling them about that.

In addition to that when we moved in we found completely waisted and dirty mattress(still have the pictures), broken blinds and an electrical problem with one of the lights in the sitting (not working). These problems were reported the first day we moved in. Today is 11th of MAY and none of the issues were fixed. Call that a decent customer service? Sorry. Never again.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Letting the property is not the only task in your job description. Care about your customers, and don\'t lie in the eyes.

We manage a large number of properties, take the needs of our tenants very seriously indeed and enjoy very good relationships with pretty much all of them. Our door is always open to tenants if they wish to discuss problems. We choose not to respond or complain online about them no matter how unreasonable they might be.
