Ebba and Toby were both so helpful throughout both my sale and purchase. They responded to all queries quickly and kept on top of everything that needs to be done. They also went the extra mile - Ebba even drove all the way to London just to get a signature in time for exchange. And then brought me flowers! I thought she was the one who deserved the flowers!! I would definitely use Goldin Lemcke again and would recommend them to others.
Comment on agent fees
They were doing a half price deal of 0.5% when I sold, so this was really good value.
