Our home was placed on the market £13k below valuation ( to entice viewers) we were told. We had told EEA our rock bottom price and our acceptable price. Within 4 days we had 6 viewings and an offer just above our acceptable price which left us with above rock bottom price after all fees were subtracted. If you are prepared to \' take a hit \' on your house value, then this is the company for you as a seller. We accepted the offer and the house sale goes ahead soon. As a buyer maybe you should be aware that EEA will do everything in their power to get best price for their client ( that is what the client pays for and what they are told by the agent). The buyers of our house were maybe lucky we knew what we wanted as acceptable and therefor did not need the full valuation price. This company and system is maybe not the best if you want a cheaper house ( as a buyer) or you want full market price ( as a seller). Sellers \'taking a hit\' is what gives EEA the EXPRESS at the start of their name. They do exactly as advertised and exactly what their client asks for.
