I found Sophie to be extremely helpful at all stages of the sale, she kept me up-to-date on what was happening throughout, without me having to phone her. All the staff in the office were courteous whenever I called in there and I always got called back when someone said they would.
Without Sophie\'s hard work, it would have been a much more laboured exchange, as it was, everything ran smoothly from beginning to end.
I would have no difficulty in recommending them to friends or family, in fact, I have already done so!

I could not agree more. I sold my flat in March this year and found Sophie to be the most professional and personable agent I had met>
