Before sign, the agreement with Residenza, please read properly. Becuase I had very bad experience. They told me renewal fees would be £120 and I trusted them and did not read the agreement and signed. Next year they sent me the letter for renewal of agreement and fees was 375£. Could you believe that £375 for renewal? They did fraud with me. So be careful if you are choosing Residenza.
