Sophie was incredibly friendly and helpful, expertly guiding us through the stressful process of moving and finding a new flat.
My only caveat (which has nothing to do with the staff member) is that my husband had to come down before the signing of the contract to verify his identity, which is something that we've never had to do in the past 15 years of renting.
