My elderly Mother rents out her house via Hydegate Estates on an introduction only basis. They could not have been more helpful and are always ready to advise. Marie Barrett (Co owner of Hydegate Estates) is quite frankly superb and is totally impartial and objective in her treatment towards Landlord and Tenants. We would highly recommend Hydegate Estates to anyone and have done so in the past.

The agents fees are fair and competitive. Some tenants require much more work than others which means we use the agents more. Others tenants require less work so we use the agents less. The fees remain the same in either case.
