I have rented from this company. There had been many repairs needed and they don't care to do them after complaining several times. When I vacated they didn't allow for general ware and tair of the property they accused me of not sweeping or washing the floors when I have my dad and friend as witness to prove that it was done. I cleaned throughout on my hands and knees whilst pregnant and suffering from a bad back. DONT USE HALL AND BENSON!! I seriously regret having made a deal with the devils!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
It would have been appreciated if the agent could have worked on my behalf rather than my buyers as I am the one paying the significant bill for their lack of services and professionalism. Being harassed by a pushy agent because they told everyone involved there was no upward chain when quite clearly there is is unacceptable. Subsequently trying to push the blame onto us despite never having to publish any sales particulars is inexcusable. Taking it upon themselves to contact every solicitor, agent etc in the chain was also highly unprofessional. I will never use Hall & Benson again.Attached Filesnbsp;
Comment on agent fees
Whilst I believe the levels of fees are around average I certainly do not believe Hall & Benson have done anything to earn their fee. They have simply made a stressful situation worse and are very close to causing the whole chain to collapse.
