Unbelievably useless. Don't know their ass from their elbow. Since the internal change to their centralised "Customer Service" (HA! That's a laugh! Contradiction in terms!) system, it's become even worse! You can't even get to speak to people by phone any more. If you hold for several years to get to speak to someone, they either haven't got a clue or simply don't do what you ask. It can take weeks or months and asking time and time again to get something fixed in the communal areas. We own several flats and Solitaire are the absolute worst of all the management companies we deal with.
