Disgraceful company. Allowed an entire block of flats to go with out electric or central heating for two weeks before telling the tenants they had to sort it out them selves. Were rude and aggressive when tenants rang begging for help. Stay away from them!

Believe the tenant not the company that is trying to defend itself. Prior Estates are by far the worst and most incompetent company I have ever come across. Not only do they require constant chasing, they have a degree of arrogance that is beyond belief. They are rude and yes aggressive when they way they operate or fail to operate is questioned. To be honest, they need to have a good hard look at themselves. I know that many tenants in my block have been trying to fire them for the last 3 years but have been blocked at every hurdle. They may be rude, unprofessional, aggressive, but they now how to make it almost impossible to cancel their services by using the Data protection laws to stop vacant owners from communicating with each other. They don't seem to do any property management either. What do they actually do!? Your property will not be maintained and therefore Prior are likely to cost you money. They do not return phone calls and there team are forever in meetings. I would advise that no dealings should be had with them. Oct 09, 2009
Prior Estates undertake no lettings or estate agency work. The earlier review is from a disgruntled tenant to whom the block managers would not pay compensation.

Snap. Similar experience here. Complete bunch of charlatans. Prior Estates take your money and then you never hear from them. In the one time in a hundred when you do get a response, they promise you they will get back to you and then they NEVER do!

Gutted to hear you've had the same experience as me of this poisonous firm.
One of the worst decisions of my life was to appoint Prior Estates to manage my block of flats. I was sucked in by their website and their slick sales techniques.
They have made my life a misery through their intransigence, neglect and extreme unreliability, and I have suffered years of insomnia and depression because of how they've treated me. ...

The above is obviously an untrue review as it is the ONLY one that states anything positive about Prior Estates and contradicts EVERYONE else's experiences.
Prior Estates' Directors have been messing me around endlessly and caused me tremendous stress. I wish I'd never come across Prior Estates and I rue the day I first walked into their offices.
