During the transfer period of old tenants to new, I was kept completely in the loop at all stages of the marketing and contracting and felt fully involved without having to take any responsibility. At the same time a couple of maintenance issues appeared which needed to be dealt with. As this is a "managed let" - again I was kept fully informed, in a very timely manner, so that I could make the appropriate decisions - but all action was taken out of my hands.
