Allsop ran our estate for 5 years - they are inept and disorganised. They dont follow basic accounting procedures (including the running of the reserve fund), are clearly in some kind of special relationship with certain contractors who charge the earth and finally they lie - regularly. We are very fortunate that the Landlord of our estate has agreed to go to a local property management company. Our boundary wall has now been fixed for less than £2000 rather than the £8000+ that Allsops contractors were quoting. Plus the quality of the work has been checked before bills are paid. We are based in Reading and were dealing with 'managers' from Brighton, Leeds and Cardiff who didnt care about the quality of what they did
