James had to take over from a person that left so was left a bit in the lurch and my purchase really wasn't easy, but he was able to carry on and get it sorted, the whole process took a while but he was chasing the solicitors/sellers/freeholders weekly to try and keep the purchase happening and thankfully it did.
Also i still had a few things for him to do after the purchase and he was straight on it so very pleased with the service..
Rona had to get involved while James was away on holiday and she to was very professional and even though it wasn't her sale Rona was chasing the people that needed chasing and i had the impression it was no problem at all, so very impressed with Rona's professionalism as well.
All in all very impressed with the service from helmores and all the team and looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
