Austin Rees, is not listening us, is not trying to get at the bottom of their mistake.. but just trying to intimidate us to pay what we have paid already.
This has been going on for 3 years and is at point to bring them in court as is affecting our life.
They don\'t want to give us an appointment to discuss the issue in person, and also they have been ignoring all proof of payment we did sent to them via post.
Also they don't do the maintenance work they should do in the building.
if you are thinking to get a new company for the Building Maintenance... avoid them as they are not keen to admit errors.
What agent could do to change your mind?
