I'm actually laughing at Karen's response to this, the problems seem to be a reoccurring issue ! Jobs do not get done, if they do... why did I have to report to the council after 3 years of waiting for a boiler to be fixed, 'fixflo' ...
With regards to the terms & conditions, I personally met with you at your house and went through the t's & c's myself with you, when you instructed us to market the property . I also left you a copy of the terms & conditions for you to go through yourself & with your partner at your own convenience. Whilst the terms & conditions may appear to be long, regrettably this is because the legislation around lettings is complicated & we want to ensure that you as a landlord understand what you are expected to do for your tenant, as well as be clear as to what our service involves.
I do hope that this has clarified the matter & that you will consider removing or re-rating your feedback of our service as I feel this has been an unfair & unjust rating.
