My wife and I were in the first stages of searching for our new family home when Simon gave me a call at work. After listening and understanding the home we were looking for, Simon suggested we visit this property before it officially went on the market with them. We loved it- and after accepting our offer, we now had the difficult job of selling our property under a tight timeframe (over the Christmas period as well!) Toby managed to quickly find a buyer for our property and for the price we wanted. With a chain involved, there was understandably some hiccups on the way, but Simon and the team dealt with everything very efficiently
