The letting side of this company is great until there's a problem with a tenant and then they don't want to know. As a landlord I will be looking elsewhere for a letting agent. Once they have your money they really don't want know.

I had an awful experience with The Letting Agency, in Royston. Very unprofessional not to mention they talk to people really unpolitely. They booked me in for a viewing, confirmed appointment on the day, left work to get there, and nobody showed up at property. When I called them, they told me the appointment was cancelled, but they forgot to contact me. Never heard back from them!!! Jan 12, 2022
Really not impressed by Marshall’s, Royston. Have had dealings with them for two years. They are Seriously unsupportive, I have been attempting to get basic repairs for over a year. They are not interested unless they want something of their client, then it’s sent as a demand and not a request.
Sarah and Laura both need to learn some manners for when dealing with educated adults. I’m surprised they are still in business the way they speak to clients. Their upper management seriously needs to revue their practices.
