such a waste of money with this agency, i don t care, but u charged me £50 for a cooker, based on what you said that it wasn t clean, Now I have to take the cleaning agency to court because of that, when I should take you, but what can I do, everything will cost me more than the bloody deposit, so is not wort it to get stress over a situation like this, just because your service is really low, when i rented out 1 year 6 months ago, i had to wait two weeks for you to do cleaning, when i finally got the key, and i went to the property, i found it in a bad condition i don' t know what cleaning have you done in there, after the tenant before me u had to change everything, what did u change after me, a plug which suppose to cost you £30, but you charged me £66, LOL. And the cooker, again it wasn t clean, nothing else, the property was in much better condition, when I left it, then when i first moved in, this is not nice, that other people can to things like this to other people. the worst experience in my life so far.

I thought the agents fees were very reasonable for the amount of work involved. We don't live in Coventry and they had to take full responsibility for arranging viewings. Both properties were tenanted at the time so this wasn't always easy.
